The aim of the current investigation was to determine if maize had ability assimilate macronutrients under effect humic substance that enriched with micronutrients. A field experiment conducted 10 treatments replicated thrice using RCBD this in College Agriculture's V C Farm Mandya, Karnataka, India during Kharif 2017. findings showed treatment getting RDF + FYM @ t ha-1 together Enriched HS 5 L 30 DAS substantially greater macronutrient content and absorption grains stover than receiving along 2.5 DAS. Whereas lower recorded for alone. Among different treatments, T10 (T2 DAS) significantly higher total uptake N, P, K, Ca, Mg S (225.30, 58.44, 91.03, 96.04, 60.86 59.47 kg ha-1, respectively). (141.90, 26.94, 40.28, 46.24, 22.37 22.27 respectively) were alone (T1).
